"Wow!  Our huge 15-year old athlete grudgingly agreed to take theatre camp this summer, as a part of his "I don't want to get a summer job" negotiation.  He groused about it right up until we dropped him off.  He got home that night totally engaged.  He worked his tail off all week - singing, dancing & acting.  He voluntarily put his social life on hold and completely focused on the numbers.  We were in complete shock (& were thrilled!).
He and the other participants knocked our socks off at the final performance.  It was like watching a Broadway troupe.  I was literally in tears most of the time."  ~ Parent
